Welcome to the much loved Funkya@Unkya Community Market

The Funky@Unkya (Eungai) markets are a grass roots bi-monthly community market for ‘make it, bake it, sew it, grow it’ producers and creatives as well as the environmentally sustainable concept to ‘reuse, recycle and re-invent’ held on the last Sunday of the even months.

The Funkya@Unkya community market started in Feb 2009 and is growing and gaining wide acclaim as a wonderfully enjoyable experience for all concerned.

The market is a great opportunity for a stroll, to buy, sell or eat something tasty, and is also a community meeting place and an opportunity to network with locals and local organisations. Funds raised from market days are returned to the committee to help with the ongoing running of the market and to help ensure that this fantastic local resource is supported, maintained and enjoyed by locals and visitors alike - now and into the future.
